  • Megan led a brilliant Lego Serious Play workshop for my NC State Jenkins MBA class this year. She took time to understand our course objectives (brand management) and designed the workshop around our course topics to make it meaningful for the students. Megan is a master facilitator. She has a knack for knowing when and how to get both individuals and groups moving from quiet to active and she makes sure that each and every person has an opportunity to participate and have their voice heard. I am going to invite Megan back as long as she has time in her schedule! I highly recommend Megan and her LSP expertise.

Communication
Communication
Stories and visualization have been used to communicate complex ideas and thoughts since the beginning of time. Every voice is different and complex. Personalities in a room range large to small. To effectively solve problems, it is essential to create inclusive and engaged environments.

Communication is a critical factor in helping teams perform better. We design our workshops to help diverse teams thrive by engaging every voice at the table, we visual their thoughts and problem solving ideas. Solutions become driven by team knowledge not individual knowledge.
The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method appeals across all the generations in today’s work force from Baby Boomers to Gen Z. By using visualization and storytelling to create effective communication and mutual understanding, we lead people out of their routine. These skills allow a team to be more creative and collaborative building a shared vision to master the real issues in your business today.

Collaboration
Collaboration
Working as a team is complex. Many ideas and points of view are needed to innovate. Collaboration is when individuals work together to share a common idea that has been grown from the team’s individual input. We embed collaboration into all our workshop designs. Collaboration is achieved in our workshops when we tailor the workshop to your desired goals and outcomes.
“Many ideas grow better when transplanted into another mind than the one where they sprang up.” – Oliver Wendell Holmes
Creativity
CreativityInnovation
In 2010, Adobe interviewed Fortune 500 CEOs and asked them what was the essential skills needed in future employees. Creativity was cited as the #1 skill. Creativity leads to innovation and different perspectives to solve complex problems. Creativity is elusive. It flourishes when people are in flow. Our workshops help your teams get in flow, so creativity is activated to lead to innovation.
Critical Thinking
Critical ThinkingMaking Connections
Critical thinking leads to problem-solving. Critical thinkers seek out new experiences and perspectives. They expose themselves to ideas that question or oppose their point of view and process them rigorously and analytically to make the best decision possible.

In our workshops, critical thinking is embedded in the workshop design to ensure that everyone is heard, providing the opportunity to critical think about the workshop topic.
